Earl Gray is a blend of black tea flavored with bergamot.

This tea owes its name to Count Gray (whose English translation is "Earl Grey"). A Chinese servant working for the Gray family would have had the idea to enhance the taste of tea by dipping a slice of bergamot in it before serving it to the Gray family.

Earl-Grey is well known for its effects on digestive disorders, also helps relieve skin rashes such as eczema or itching.
