Large Chinese buffet in recycled elm, vivid red lacquered with a cracked and aged patina. Four drawers in the upper band and four doors below with metal ring handles, resting on traditional flared console legs. A generously proportioned piece of furniture offering ample storage, with a distinct character, inspired by antique Chinese furniture.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES
a) Differences in colors, structures or sizes
When an order is accepted by Images et Atmosphères, items are supplied according to the chosen model. Given the artisanal nature of the products, slight differences in color, structure, or size may appear. These variations are normal and cannot be grounds for a complaint.
b) Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Images et Atmosphères until full payment of the price. The company may register this retention of title in the official register at the buyer's expense. The buyer must immediately inform Images et Atmosphères of any change of address.
WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE POLICY
a) Warranty
Any claim must be made within 10 days of receipt or delivery of the goods. The item must be returned within 30 days (date of purchase serves as proof).
Defects discovered later must be reported as soon as they are found.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear,
- product aging,
- natural variations in wood or paint,
- damage caused by improper use or installation.
The warranty is void if the item is modified or altered by the buyer or a third party.
Images et Atmosphères will repair recognized defects free of charge or, if necessary, replace the item. No other compensation claims will be accepted.
Parts modified by Images et Atmosphères at the customer's request are guaranteed for 30 days.
b) Exchange due to unsuitability
Unused standard items in perfect condition can be exchanged within 30 days, with the agreement of Images et Atmosphères. They must be returned in their original packaging, clean, complete, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
If no replacement item is chosen, Images et Atmosphères may issue a voucher for the value of the item.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- cut fabrics and bed linen
- sale items
- special orders (custom work, modifications, carpentry, sandblasting, etc.)
- cosmetic or food products
- CDs and DVDs
- modified or custom-made items
- stone items
Images et Atmosphères reserves the right to refuse a return for reasons of unsuitability.
PRICES
Prices include VAT. Shipping, delivery, and assembly costs are indicated separately.
In case of late payment, an interest of 6% may be applied. Reminder fees may also be charged.
If several people sign the order, they are jointly and severally liable for payment.
