TERMS OF SALES

SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Images et Atmosphères SA - Mr. Benoit Lange, chemin de Champex 1, 1860 Aigle (hereinafter Images and Atmospheres) apply to the sale of all items in the Images assortment. and Atmospheres SA.

In the first place, the warranty provisions in accordance with the product description or the order confirmation apply. Only in the absence of such provisions, the warranty provisions and then the general conditions apply. Items that are on sale, removed from stock or sold with any discount cannot be returned or exchanged and are not under warranty.

PURCHASE OF THE GOODS

Goods can be purchased and received directly at Images et Atmosphères SA store against payment in cash, by debit or credit card.

In the event of a special order or order following an out of stock order, the order is firm and must be signed by the buyer. By signing, the buyer accepts these General Conditions of Sale. As soon as the customer's consent is given, the order is validated.

In the ordered articles, a distinction is made between standard warehouse articles and special orders. We speak of a special order when an article can be ordered in different versions which, because they do not exist in stock, must be executed especially for the buyer. After the order has been transmitted, the customer automatically receives an acknowledgment of receipt which confirms that the order has reached the Online-Shop. Upon receipt of the order acknowledgment, the customer can no longer modify the order, which is binding on him.

Return of goods no refunds only a voucher is given.

Return for very special or heavy part only with formal agreement of the management and subject to mandatory fees.

a) Collection at the store

The items ordered must be collected by the purchaser in one of the stores or at the Images et Atmosphères depot. Once he has been informed of the arrival of the goods, he has a maximum of thirty working days to come and collect it. After this period, he will have to pay a supplement of CHF 50.- per month and per pallet as a contribution to storage costs. Merchandise which has not been collected one year after notice of arrival will be disposed of at the buyer's expense, it being understood that the purchase price must in all cases be paid.

The buyer is solely responsible for the correct loading (fixing, etc.) of the goods. Images et Atmosphères declines all responsibility in the event of breakage during loading or any other problem occurring after the release of the goods.

b) Delivery by post

Items that can be delivered by post are sent by Swiss Post to any delivery address. For each shipment, a supplement is billed as part of the postage and packaging costs. Images et Atmosphères declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery occurring during transport or damage linked to transport by the carrier.

A supplement excluding, bringing the price of the bulky parcel to CHF 30.—, will be invoiced if the goods require this type of service.

Furniture and bulky items cannot be sent by post.

c) Images and Atmospheres delivery service

The delivery rate is fixed at the time of purchase except for parts exceeding 50kg, delivery will be door to door if access is too difficult for deliveries or if several stairs are on the way.

If the delivery people have easy access, that the weight and dimensions of the object are not disproportionate such as more than 1.50m in length or width and more than 50kg.

But for a supplement on estimate, the delivery within the place of residence can be done.

Any additional services such as unpacking and assembly of the object of sale, taking back packaging material, etc. are not included in the home delivery.

In the event of a delivery address without an access path or with difficult access, delivery is made to the nearest access point or station. If the customer nevertheless wishes delivery to or to his home, he must bear the additional costs, respectively pay them in advance. Obtaining authorizations, providing unusual ancillary devices or making adjustments on site are the responsibility of the customer, the costs are borne by the customer.

If the products show obvious damage to the content on delivery, the customer must immediately report them to the service provider (eg carrier, post) and refuse acceptance.
